“I have over 20 years of experience working with children. When I first came to London I worked as a nanny for one family for over 8 years looking after their boy and girl twins.

Throughout my time as a nanny, I met a very diverse range of families and nannies from all around the world and realised the importance of a right fit candidate, someone who can relate to and support the whole family's needs.

I enjoyed working with children so much that I wanted to learn more about child development and different theories of learning. Therefore I studied to become a teacher. I then taught in several prestigious schools in London, including independent schools, and gained great experience in supporting the development and learning of young children.

In the past, I was often asked to recommend nannies and domestic staff and my previous experience of observing things that did and didn’t work in various setups gave me insight into the difficulties for families finding great candidates.

Since then I've paired candidates for clients including celebrities, VIPs and UHNW families with high demands, varied needs and specific requirements to give them the precise help and support they need.

My experience helps me to understand the unique requirements of each family and the importance of finding the perfectly matched candidate, who LOVES what they do, is professional and committed to their work.”
